Cansulta Approved as a Professional Services Vendor for the Government of Canada
Toronto, Ontario - December 26, 2025-- AKP Solutions Inc. (dba “Cansulta”) is proud to announce that we have been approved under the Government of Canada’s ProServices Supply Arrangement, a federal procurement vehicle used by departments and agencies to access pre-qualified professional services suppliers.
This announcement isn’t about repositioning Cansulta as “a government contractor.”
Our primary audience remains the same: private-sector founders, owners, and executive teams who need specialized expertise they can trust. The reason we pursued ProServices is straightforward: it is a high-rigor, third-party validation process—and that kind of external signal matters when leaders are deciding who to bring in to support important, high-stakes work.
What this approval means (in plain language)
A Supply Arrangement is not a contract and it does not guarantee any work. It is a pre-qualification mechanism that creates a pool of suppliers who have been assessed and approved to provide specific categories of services.
In Cansulta’s case, the ProServices process required documented capability and verified experience. As part of the submission, Cansulta provided references from five clients for whom we delivered similar services—completed and invoiced within the past five years—and those references were confirmed as part of the government’s review.
For private-sector leaders, that’s the point: this is an independent credibility marker that complements what our clients already value about Cansulta—disciplined delivery, right-fit expertise, and practical outcomes.
Approved ProServices streams (6)
Cansulta is approved in the following ProServices streams as of December 18, 2025:
-
Stream 4: Business services
-
Stream 5: Project management services
-
Stream 8: Human resources services
-
Stream 9: Business consulting/change management
-
Stream 10: Project management services
Why we pursued this (and why it matters beyond government)
Leaders don’t choose external advisors because the pitch sounds good. They choose them when they believe the team can deliver: with rigor, clarity, and accountability.
ProServices approval is one of the clearest signals available because it’s evidence-based: it requires documented qualifications and it includes verification steps that go beyond marketing claims.
For Cansulta’s private-sector clients and partners, this milestone reinforces three practical things:
-
We can meet formal procurement-style standards, not just informal expectations.
-
We can support complex, cross-functional work with the right specialists.
-
We take governance and delivery discipline seriously, because outcomes depend on it.
Leadership perspective
“This Supply Arrangement is a meaningful validation of Cansulta’s delivery standards and procurement readiness. It strengthens how eligible public-sector teams can access specialized expertise while also reinforcing the credibility our private-sector, NPO, and NGO clients and partners rely on,” says Alexandra Kapelos-Peters, Cansulta’s Founder and CEO.
